One-Year Limited Product Warranty

Effective date: September 12, 2026

Provirtec provides this one-year limited product warranty for eligible Pawtent air purifiers purchased through authorized channels for residential use in the United States. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential use during the warranty period.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover replacement filters or other consumable parts, normal wear, accidental or cosmetic damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, failure to follow product instructions, or use outside the intended market.

Requesting warranty service

Email service@regentint.com.tw with your order number, model name, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video when available. Do not return a product before receiving instructions from the support team.

Remedy for an approved claim

If Provirtec approves a warranty claim, Provirtec will replace the covered product directly. The replacement will be the same model when reasonably available. If the same model is unavailable, Provirtec may provide a comparable replacement with equivalent or better core functionality.

Repair is not the warranty remedy offered under this policy. This warranty does not provide a cash refund except where required by applicable law.

Shipping for an approved claim

For an approved warranty claim, Provirtec will cover the reasonable standard shipping needed to return the covered defective product and send the replacement product. Customers must follow the return and shipping instructions provided by the support team. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and costs caused by an unauthorized return are not covered unless required by law.

Additional terms

This warranty applies only to eligible products purchased for residential use in the United States. Proof of purchase may be required. Replacement under this warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period, except where required by law.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
