These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Provirtec website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, prices, colors, and images accurately. Displays and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. Product information is provided for general consumer use and is not medical advice. Availability, features, packaging, and specifications may change where permitted by law.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees are displayed at checkout when available or may be collected by local authorities. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at https://halohome.top/policies/refund-policy. Eligible products are covered by the One-Year Limited Product Warranty at https://halohome.top/pages/warranty. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Promotions

Discounts and promotions may have additional terms, availability periods, product restrictions, geographic limits, or redemption limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with security or normal operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the Services through unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the Services to transmit prohibited content.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Provirtec harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms.

Changes and termination
