Do I need to buy a filter with the humidifier?
No. One filter and bracket are included. The optional replacement filter is a spare for future use.
When should I replace the filter?
Follow the filter reminder and the cleaning and replacement instructions in the user guide. Water quality, operating time and maintenance affect replacement needs.
Why is there no visible mist?
Mistfree uses evaporation rather than spraying a visible mist. You can use the humidity display to follow changing humidity in the room.
Can I use tap water?
Yes. Mistfree is compatible with tap water. Water hardness affects mineral buildup, so clean the tank and filter regularly according to the manual.
Which parts can I wash?
The removable water tank and filter are designed for cleaning. The filter supports hand washing and machine washing according to the manual. Do not immerse or wash the powered upper unit.
Does it still need cleaning?
Yes. UV water care, the silver-ion tank and auto drying support upkeep, but they do not replace regular cleaning or filter replacement.
Will it run for 30 hours at maximum output?
No. The maximum output of 330 mL/h and runtime of up to 30 hours apply under different conditions. Runtime varies with the selected mode and room conditions.
